Vascular recon position

Currently being recruited for a vascular recon rep position again lol. They recruited me a year ago and now the rep they hired is already moving on but they said he grew the territory while there and it is performing at plan. Recruiter of course said $200k. What is the realistic number? The territory was huuuuge and I have a great size territory right now and don't really have the ability to travel all the time. Is this a job where I would have no life and they have high turnover because of that? Or do you work in your main city and visit the outlying cities occasionally? I like my current position but this would be a lot more than I'm making now. So is it a career type position or a good stepping stone for a good segment of the industry at least? Thoughts would be appreciated. I'm apprehensive considering this already the second time they have approached me. I would love a fair objective view of the pros and cons. Thanks!
