Exeltis is horrible. They just sold off their Derm division. That team should feel amazing. They are gone from all of the nuttiness. People should be concerned. They will say we are all safe. We are not. SP and MB are fools. Look at how we have to be forced to call on docs before we can see them twice and now we can’t leave samples where we think it’s important for our business. Get out. They didnt sell derm
 






Glenmark just wanted an easy readymade path into the derm market. They have “derm products in development “ which means they don’t have derm products now. And our derm reps and managers have been overpaid for years. Glenmark got what they wanted.. .an easy way into derm. They will dump the Exeltis sales force in 6 months. Don’t be fooled into believing this is a “new beginning.” It is the beginning of the end.

What is there to talk about? At this point everyone knows what to expect:
- Derm has been treated like a second class citizen by Exeltis... forever.
- Women’s Health will continue to think they are real pharma.
- All correspondence from HR will have miss spelled words and run on sentences

It’s always Groundhog Day at Exeltis! Everyday is the same.
 


Derm is absolutely lucky. Exeltis has treated them like second class citizens for a very long time. Very little resources. Women’s Health sucks. Seriously why do they need another PNV? Lol. PNVs are a shrinking market, yet the fools in charge don’t get it. And a birth control pill? Hahahahaha.
