Please do not throw AC under the bus. Your frustration in misdirected. AC was the SMART one to be able to see the company for what it really is...a controlling mess. Blame needs to be placed on SPAIN for not recognizing that the products are crap. Blame also needs to be placed at Managed Care for getting on any formularies outside of NY. The biggest blame needs to be following any direction from NJ when it comes to HR policies. Wake up and leave like AC

Every rep (WH and Derm) needs to ask their DM, "Were you told at your manager's meeting that LAYOFFS WILL BE COMING BEFORE THE END OF THIS YEAR?"

If your DM says..."YES" (you are lucky to have a DM with character and a conscience).
If your DM says..."I can't discuss that with you." They are doing their job...but letting you read between the lines.
If your DM says..."NO, I was not told layoffs were planned by the end of the year." Then your DM is not telling you the truth.

All DM's were in the room when they were told Layoffs were planned by the end of this year.

The above post was very well said. On the Derm team, I can tell you how it will be answered:

MM: Yes
CH: I can't discuss this
MC: No, there won't be any layoffs

Of course layoffs are coming. The new focus is on profitability. If a territory is not profitable and has little potential to be profitable, guess what... This is how the businesss world works, it’s not personal. So if you have a failing territory and you stick around, you are a fool. Determination is one thing, but when you’ve exhausted every resource and still can’t get your head above the water, it’s time to bail. AC gave it the old college try but knew when to give up. Even MA, the golden child, knew it was time. They are the smart ones!

Good point....the ONLY reason MA stayed so long was that he was waiting for a promotion. When it became clear that he would not advance, he made the right decision. I wish him only the best in his new role.

Many of you need to take a cue from his example. Quit listening to CH, MM, and especially MC. It will only lead towards a phone call from the pig letting you know you are laid off with 1 month severance when you are pregnant.
 
To My Derm Peeps...

First sales rep to "call on" every account in your routing (by the end of July) gets to be the Derm Director of Sales!!

NOTE: In order to qualify YOU MUST call on all your accounts (once) before you revisit any key targets.

That's the way it's done in Spain...and Spain has proven they know best...at least when it comes to the U.S. market.

Now go get those signitures!!

Dear Ones,

Spain has proven multiple times that they have no clue how to move business. They DO know how to micro manage (NJ loves to "downsize" pregnant women and those that she hates) and come up with ridiculous business plans (thank you FM for MI/Evol).

This new "strategy" will result in a ton of fake signatures and less (if that can be possible) sales of Ecoza and crappy NeoCera. Warning to you idiots that are still at Exeltis, you better go fetch your signature on your tablet. If not, you open your self up to be eliminated.

Think about it...this is a way to thin the herd before the big derm layoff in the fall. They most likely are calculating to cut 25% so that they will not have to pay your severance. Why???

They do not the cheddar to pay you severance once they whack the derm team.

Sorry to be the harsh wake up call.

Do you like the new title? I worked closely with your well trained HR director to come up with a "group title" to describe the corporate citizens of our fine company.

Greetings from Kazakakhstan! My apologies for my absence. I have spent the summer working with this eastern European company on behalf of the FAMILY.

You see this country has had a major outbreak of jock itch and is in desperate need of Ecoza. Working closely with a seasoned pharma sales professional, Charles Charles, we have made great strides in bringing this life changing drug into this former soviet country.

You would be so proud of Charles Charles. After dropping me off at the Four Seasons, he met with the minister of health and went coast to coast with our study. I feel confident that we will be seeing a large order of Ecoza soon! Fingers crossed.

While here we also noticed a high birth rate due to the lack of contraception. Once again, Charles Charles is making a pitch to bring red gummies to this former red country. That will be a big V for Victory.

I want to encourage you to follow the lead of your new leader. I met with him and we discussed the importance of you making a call to your entire target panel. That is the only way you will move scripts. I know you will believe in this process like you believe and embrace MI EVOLV .

Finish your summer strong. The FAMILY is counting on you.

I am on a SPECIAL mission commissioned by the FAMILY to bring the Joy of Ecoza and Vivaciousness of Vitalfol to the peoples of this region.

Oh the food here is AMMAZING!!! You would be amazed on what they can prepare with mutton and horse meat. Well there is Mutton Kabobs, Mutton Soufflé, Mutton Bisque, Horse Tacos, Horse Alfredo, and my favorite of Horse Egg Benedict. Why you would jealous to taste this wonderful cuisine.

I am so pleased to report my progress as I bring Ecoza to fungal crouch infected. These poor chaps are all walking around bow legged like they just got off a 10 day trail ride in New Mexico.

My meeting was so impactful. I met with Health Director, Dr Said Zholdas and his faithful coworker, Timm...No his name was Timmur.

Did these men put hostile front? Yes.. But I tore down that wall by providing a bag of jolly ranchers. Did they object cost? yes, but I overcame with an envelope of cash...I mean I overcame with clinical superiority.

I think we will all be seeing an order placed.....Hmmmmm.....Most likely today!!!!!

Well, I have to go...They are serving Mutton Tetrazzini tonight.

Oh by the way...I came up with a marketing slogan.....Ecoza for the hose-a
