UCB-

Step one: Please get rid of Andy T.
Step two: Please get rid of Ashish S.
Step three: See first two steps.

Signed,

Literally everyone at Zogenix

PS - If they weren’t such abysmal failures this transaction would have never happened.

This is the only reason those clowns were here anyway.

now they get paid and go do it again somewhere else.

There is no way those two stay at UCB. The Belgiums will see right through their self-serving, incompetent, manipulative, lying selves in no time. Deep down inside they both know it. Now it makes sense why Farr didn’t throw them out, he didn’t care, he was looking for a buyer.

Can you imagine watching Andy squirm through a presentation to UCB execs on why Fin isn’t performing as it should? That would be the best entertainment this side of the Cathouse brothel in Nevada.

We’re toast! I don’t like it but it’s time to find out where the local unemployment office is, operating hours, accepted attire (pajama bottoms), and see what time you would need to arrive to beat the onslaught of the unemployed.

UCB culture is tough on those who do not bend the knee. Expect cuts at all levels and attrition during “onboarding” not a friendly place. 18 months from now there will not even be a mention of Zogenix. The Epilepsy Company is only interested in your pipeline and patents.

You will be better off elsewhere

UCB culture is very much like big pharma (since that is where our leaders washed out of)

they hide behind slogans , bureaucracy, and policy so as to not be held accountable for actual work output.

Ashish might fit right in since this is how he moved ahead.

Andy was and will always be an awful sales leader. He was literally a joke and did not know his a$$ from a hole in the wall. Flighty and mentally unstable to put it nicely. I was fortunate to find another job and recently left right before the UCB announcement.

Ehhh shortsighted and poor strategic move?? In two months UCB acquires and our rsus and stock are filled. Who goes to a startup without considering the value of equity when an acquisition happens?? That’s literally the reason I joined last year. Think big or go back to big pharma for a paycheck. I got what I wanted and lucky it’s less than a year to wait. Onto the next.

Well I was laid off on my previous job before being hired here and I was too nervous about Andy putting reps on PIPs.

UCB won’t give a damn about Zogenix sales reps. Why should they when UCB reps all have better relationships and more respect in the Ped neuro clinics.[/QUOTE

Hard to fathom pill pushers having better pedatric relationships. Law of averages says inherent brain damage from to much exposure to UCB reaching into the sample closets for personal use!

You will be force ranked and calibrated and where there are openings in UCB coverage some of you will be carried over. In rare cases they may even favor one of you over someone at UCB they are trying to squeeze out, but that is a tougher proposition.
