Does anybody have any insight into the Training Program? Does it bring value, or is it like most other Training's and just something you need to suck up for a week? Also, do they have a lot of Tests?

Training at Terumo? I can't stop laughing. I've been here for 5 years and training sucks. Its a fly by the seat of your pants gig. But products are good and if you are a self starter, you can do well. Just don't expect support in the form of training, marketing, sales reporting, etc. TIS is a $300 million division that behaves like a $20 million start up when it comes to rep support.
