It's definitely a tougher gig than it used to be. The pie isn't really getting any bigger and there's still no shortage of people trying to get a piece. Competition is brutal , Putney generics are stealing the thunder, customers are stingy and set in their ways , territories suck and manufacturers are abandoning us left and right.
With less to sell and customers moving away from what we actually can profit on.... Gotta work harder for less.
