This Company is a Complete Joke

Spot on.People do not leave bad companies they leave bad managers. I can tell you there defiantly are some bad ones here.
This is true and RB is the Worst, Ironshore is cheap and I'm glad to be gone. This company has gone down and the CEO is clueless, the board of directors only wants to sell and the legal department only looks for dumb reasons to fire people. They have all the wrong leadership in the wrong position, PC was one of the issues but not the only one. This company has lost so many great reps and will lose more. Plus they are back to the BS of messing with numbers from what I heard and reps aren't making money. They already pay the lowest salary in the industry and wonder why no one wants to stay , jumps ship as soon as a better job comes or no one even wants to take this job. Worst company ever

From the sound of things, you must be new. Maybe not…maybe you’re an older rep or an older manager and your goal is to not burn bridges. Whatever the situation is, I beg to differ on many fronts. That is because it totally depends on your manager! Not the company! I know RB’s team is micromanaged like no other…especially since her pimp daddy PC is no longer here to force push her to the top of the heap! RB sets her own standards and compares reps to one another to their faces - not in a positive way. That’s toxic! There are a few amazing managers who are not glory whores, (MS and KS) who manage their reps based on individual personalities and skill sets. That spells out an amazing manager. If you have a sneaky phony backstabbing bitch, or an egotistical ass-wad for a manager, your job is going to suck. Regardless of the company.

Ironshore is only amazing if your manager is amazing - plain and simple. Jornay is great but it’s not THAT great, and marketing and legal continue to fuck things up royally. They’re in their own way!! I would say this place is a semi-decent start-up, but with flawed marketing and operates on a much too conservative mindset for market share explosion. If you’re small, you have to be mighty! You can’t play it safe!! That’s ironshores biggest problem!!!!

Jornay is a good drug but Ironshore can’t fork over the necessary funds to blow it up like they should. Azstarys is EVERYWHERE and has surpassed Jornay on so many levels, all because they put financial resources into more reps, and more bullshit resources that unfortunately work! Your drug can be amazing but docs don’t always pick meds that way...they pick things based on the law of primacy and recency, just like every other human! During any given time period, be it a week, a day, or a month, hcps are going to pick things based on what caught their attention FIRST, and what caught their attention LAST, not the option that got buried in the middle! They see more Azstarys reps, more times per week, and have bullshit paraphernalia dripping from every surface in their offices. What’s going to come to mind? Azstarys!

Azstarys is Ironshores biggest problem, regardless of how amazing or shitty your manager is…
 




I have never been micromanaged at this company until my current boss. So some managers still operate in the dark ages. I make large bonuses and have a great base salary. They really listened to the survey from last year. I think our CEO is doing a great job. My only complaint is they need to listen when reps tell them they have a toxic manager and get rid of that person.
 




Astarys coupons are used 40% more often than Jpm. They do not need to register their coupon and the highest price is $50. We have asked to change our coupon. We are losing business every day because of our coupon. But no one cares. They also pay for CVS Caremark.
Glad people are speaking up about a certain cruel and devious manager finally. Wish HR cared. They have enough to get rid of this manager and they do not. Reps leaving the district are so happy.

90% yes 10% no. When they say they do not micro manage in interview, run because I was told same thing and she diffidently lied to me. Taking over calls and keeping doctors hostage is how they like to operate. They have a "this is how I did it" mentality. #overit
