Unless you signed something, its legal. It's morally repugnant, but legal. They will keep pushing the envelope farther and farther. Shire has no respect for its employees.

Didn't your manager give you the news? They are adjusting downwards based on the bullshit indexing the scrubs at the top never published. You won't see real numbers until the quarter is over- mid October. Enjoy.
