In this day and age, this company and its parent company are going nowhere fast.

What kind of company doesn't have enough money to keep it's employee's afloat for at least a months. It's basic math, keep some money in the bank for a rainy day.

What kind of company furloughs their VP of Lab Ops? I know who! Someone who doesn't care about standards in the lab.

They furlough hundreds of people, but the lowest number were doctors. And to top it off, the doctors didn't really lose anything. meanwhile, Sonic did very little cuts.

Now, they also want to limit PTO? HA! let the lawsuits start.

This medical leadership model is crap. If you want to be successful, look at Quest and LabCorp. Docs are just another number on the wall. they fire them as fast as they can hire them.

Sonic is a full blown international lie. In AUS, they might be something, but here in the US of A, they are total crap. They think they run a tight ship, but they really don't. They have more problems than Aurora ever did. The only thing that keeps them going is the deep pockets of AUS backing them up and that they are too big to fail at this point.

Both Sonic and Aurora got bailout money from the feds... where is it? I don't see a bonus for the employees who took drastic cuts on pay and took on 5 times as much work because of all the furloughs.

IT is a nightmare ever since CR left and they put CA in the front seat. that's a roller coaster about to fly off the rails. Soo many things, but nothing gets done.

HR is a mess. why even bother there.

Payroll is going away soon. they should be looking for jobs sooner rather then later.

More to my original story.

It's been a while. Have been busy In the back, I was trying to keep me whole.

Fun update, the whole IT was moved under Sonic. Lots of folks got screwed and lots got what they deserve. CA got demoted, as she should of been years ago. Never understood how that level 1 help desk tech got to be a director. JM was also demoted from director of app dev to manager. I’m sure ego is hurt and in fear of his job. SM also got demoted, which I’m surprised he didn’t quit. He can’t be happy going from the top to some random guy in the IT dept. MP was the only one who kept his director title. Poor guy is going to get dumped all of the crap Sonic doesn’t want on him and his 4 minions.

Bruce is on his way out. He’s just playing along until he’s forced into retirement. He doesn’t care anymore. I’d do the same thing if I’m getting paid almost 500k a year for doing nothing. He wants his bonus and that’s it.

I’m pretty sure all of SMT go a nice bonus right after all the dust settled with C19 crap.

SMT is in the air about everything. You have GD and AZ leading sales under the guidance of MN. That’s going to be a hot mess. How come those clowns don’t get tossed out? How is it that a sales Director at Sonic makes more than AZ or GD? Shows how much Aurora cares and pays to keep top talent.

How long before all other departments get absorbed by Sonic? My money is on the next year. With the company moving payroll away from Aurora, I’m willing to bet that HR/payroll DEPT are next to go. Who need them anymore.

I don’t know about mighty MN, but yes he does. Unfortunately for everyone. Nowhere else in this world will be make $350k+ a year plus his giant expense reports monthly.

big changes are coming. Mark my words. They are about to hurt very badly here shortly.

no one misses DC. Maybe only BW? BW needs to go. He’s of no use to the business anymore. His management skills and approach is old and antiquated. They violate employee trust and confidence. He pins his own folks against each other and watches them go at it with each other because he is unable to manage anything or anyone.

Lisa C. From Twin Cities is leaving. That’s a huge loss for the company. She’s the only person capable of running anything at ADX.

more to come later. Need to get some work done. NOT! Cash in this check. A laughable $500 bonus, while the SMT took home huge bonus checks. Full load of crap, if you ask me!

That’s it boys and girls . Time to close shop. It’s started! Lisa C. left, now both Cheryl A. and Sergio M. are leaving. This is just the start. The company is going to be in a world of hurt.

who are we going to go to now when things need to be fixed and we need an answer to things? Sonic is a crap show. We moved to their email system and it’s nothing but issues. If this is how their systems are, I’m already scared.

Sonic folks are a bunch of bone heads who think their stuff don’t stink... well, let me tell you... it stinks and it stinks badly! Get off your high horse and wake up. Listen to the talent that Aurora had and listen to them.

They are indeed in a lot of trouble. I think Sonic will just write off Aurora, as Quest and LapCorp do. Buy and rip apart.

I have been talking to some of the Sonic IT leadership and they don’t care. They have a core group and they think they can run the world. They are so siloed it’s crazy. 12 guys to fix a simple email issue that someone on the Aurora side ended up fixing.

Where is Bruce with all of this? Was his voice taken away?
Man, I think they do miss DC!!

Where is Mike N? Just cashing in his checks until they fire him...

Where is Stu C? Thought he’d be a voice for Aurora... he drank the KoolAid and got brain washed? Thought it’d be much better than this.
 



Well said. DC gave them a voice in the AP world but now the arrangement is similar to an IT support ticket.
