Flemming is incompetent and untrustworthy. His talent development process is to remove senior managers in any department that he didn't hire, then claim that the talent was upgraded. If he doesn’t like you, you will be eliminated. He is creating an environment where no one trusts anyone.
People quickly learned to lie and backstab just like him. Terrible culture.
Firing him would be the best thing EQT could do for culture, morale and long term survival of Galderma. Flemming is THE problem.

To Flemming and his newly hired minions. I was driving to work, an ad came on the radio made me think of you guys. It was for ED and went: " For men who can't perform..." !!!!
 




What the hell is going on with this once great company? Flemming, what a frickin' joke you've turned out to be. Go back to your ex-rare- disease- industry and stay there. You've ruined our company and culture with your lack of understanding. Lets have more meetings and create more presentations to avoid any decision making. Lets fucking create more administrative tasks that have become so laborious that's it taking away from what we do, or what we're supposed to be doing, to justify the overblown infrastructure. This company is fucked up. Flemming is really the problem.
 








Flemming, can‘t you tell how fucked up this place is? Wake up you idiot. ... Things are getting worse while you are dreaming of a rare disease/specialty derm/biologic company.
 








When will Flemming be fired?
Galderma is sinking fast! Flemming is a sociopath that brings along his band of unqualified losers. He has no IDEA on how to run an aesthetic & consumer healthcare company. All of his terrible decisions will come back to haunt him. It’s only a matter of time until he gets fired.
 








So Flemming lets go of all the tenured people with all the knowledge to replace them with supposedly “better” people. Yet almost instantly it’s worse shit, different day!
 








Today’s town hall was a waste of my time. Flemming is such an uninspiring CEO! What we need is a true leader who understands the industry and motivates the flock. We need leaders who roll up their sleeves and dive in. Not ones who just sit on the sidelines, playing games and waiting to cash in.
