Yes, these are all the things I look for in a sales leader (insert sarcasm). KK is a conniving, backstabbing, insecure sycophant who is non of what you described. If you believe what you wrote then you are as delusional as her. Her qualifications, methods and attitude equip her for a RD, tops.

This entire thread is a microcosm of how KK operates. Literally hundreds of complaints here that are exactly what have been posted on prior threads wherever she's had a leadership role. Virtually no disagreement at all about her "skills level." Despite the overwhelming majority opinion, most of the posters are obsessed with one lone defender and nothing productive happens to change anything. Sadly, the single defender is managing to distract everyone.

We are creating a living document for the next poor, unsuspecting company that brings on this band of miscreants. Just like they did at B&L and Novartis before that. I only hope that another discrimination judgement gets brought upon them like at Novartis

There are hundreds if not thousands of posts to validate this right here on your website. General consensus is that it is the person everyone is complaining about who is trying to create some illusion that people actually approve of her, which is far from the truth. I don't have a dog in this fight and could care less what a bunch of salespeople think, but it does pose an interesting question: How does anyone know that just the opposite isn't true? How do we know that aren't one or two people doing all the bitching and moaning and dozens of people supporting KK? The anonymity thing works both ways...

Well rather easy to figure this out. The posts defending KK all have the same illogical commentary, sophomoric attempts to sound clever, contain the same fear and insecurity about men, and never vary from a theme. Then there are the hundreds of posts about KK from her prior jobs that agree with what has been said here , the history of litigation, and so on. So that's how we all know. You need to do better than that Perry.
