Switzerland situation

Could you please tell me more if you don’t mind? I am so worried
There is so much to say: back office disbanded, from regulatory, commercial excellence, legal, admin, supply chain, operations….no function has been safe. Some positions have simply been eliminated others are shifting from Switzerland to Barcelona. Mass resignations in Zug in Ax. 3rd European regional head in 24+ months is about to start. Add the country chaos Germany, France, Spain all without country heads. Former job holders did not last more than 12 months. Add empty pipeline, price pressure and slowing demand and the chaos is perfect. Don’t forget Flemming who’s a liability.

Get the picture? You should be worried as working here is not sustainable. Find a job and get out. The severance package is not worth waiting for.

Galderma has a horrible culture and is generally just a depressing place to work. This is a company that does not value its employees and views every one of them (and entire units) as totally replaceable. This is especially true for managerial staff. As far as these people are concerned one manager is the same as another, irrespective of industry experience. When you work here you are constantly reminded of this.
The people who last here are the ones who are so terrified and desperate for a job that they are willing to work in this kind of environment. If you have a choice why would you want to work at a place where you are regularly told your work is not valued and your job can be cut at any time regardless of your performance?
