For those who are skilled at their work, will love working for Stryker.
Processes are in place for recognition, be it financial or peer.
If history tells the future, look at how Stryker has managed the past.
This could be a great company versus Zimmer and JnJ.

It couldn't be any worse working for Stryker's culture, I'm having difficulty working in the S&N culture.

Is it a real possibility that Stryker is interested in buying S&N?

Stryker will keep the products and the patents, fire what little management is left, hire as many decent reps as they can find, accept any tax advantages they get, and that's it! A top tier company promoting the winners and dumping the losers.

Wound Care - welcome aboard
Sports - most will stay
Recon - goodbye
Trauma - farewell.

If the deal happens stryker will gut SNN ortho lines, take a good chunk of sports and embrace our wound management.

In sports Med, S&N's culture is toxic so it's no wonder you're having difficulty and Stryker would be best to gut the sales organization. Bunch of underachievers led my morally corrupt, under-qualified clowns!

Word on the street is that SYK Trauma reps got an email confirming that they bought SNN Wound. Anyone able to confirm and post the email here? I thought this was for the who SNN package.

Of course idiot reps would be informed before Wall Street and a public announcement. You need to really evaluate that all your are is just a rep.

I love it! Oxinium will live on AND we will have sets to properly equip our customers with instead of piece mailing THA sets together at the last minute and wondering if the office can find you an offset reamer handle before midnight.

How or why would anyone oppose this? Being able to do our jobs with more assets, education and actual support from corporate instead of the usual Memphis BBQ sauce bureaucracy!

Assuming they keep you. Do you meet the profile?

Good thing London calls the shots and not the sauce bosses in Memphis.

CORRECTION: TRAUMA will not be a farewell. I have sold both lines of trauma. You must not have any OR experience with Stryker's Axxos Plating System. Biggest piece of shit being promoted by a global trauma company, their foot plates are average at best. I could go on with the Mediocracy but you get the point. When you have to discount like crazy and your the best product, that's an oxymoron!
