I don’t see how legally they can do that. So, you spinoff a division as a separate company, knowing that in six years that both Mydayis and Vyvanse will be generic or close to it. Then, the division or new company is done, goes bankrupt and the debt is no longer repaid? Not like this division on its own can payoff that debt EVER. It won’t be around long enough.
