Drugs reps are a fading relic of an outdated business model. We are all expendable and interchangeable - it's cheaper to contract our work out to Inventiv, our leaders know this, and seeing their response to Glassdoor (none) along with their paid posters here on CP- it's pretty clear they view us like dogs.

I've been hearing drug reps are a dying breed for 20 years. Great companies know that. You are right this place definitely views us like dogs. This is the worst company I've ever worked for on all these years at pharma . It will implode soon

I agree we are treated like dogs, but they need us dogs to sell. No amount of phoney pep talks and broken promises are going to motivate me anymore.

Did you notice in that video where they interviewed Dublin employees:
1. They interviewed mostly male employees. I think only 2 were female.
2. They sit shoulder to shoulder in very tight quarters ---- and they are trying to say this is a great place to work!
 






nice try Shire, but you interview a bunch of "wankers" for Dublin, wtf! Shire, if your going to do a interview I dare you to grab your camera and come to the good ole USA and go state to state and see what you find. 0h wait, you could just read the reviews on Glassdoor, take some notes and I don't know, maybe TRY to fix what you have broken. Don't tell us we are at the "Top of the pyramid" treat us like we are...Start by telling the truth
 






It's the difference between a socialist and capitalist society. It would be a much different video in the US where we still have a self identity.
