Shire retaliates against UBS negative Glassdoor review analysis with positive Glassdoor review ad!

Wow, Shire leadership really doesn't like the Glassdoor analysis by UBS. If UBS didn't think Glassdoor postings were valid, they would not bother with the analysis. Plenty of current Shire employees post negative reviews on Glassdoor. And we will continue to track these using many tools and outlets, including Cafepharma.

New Shire ad from the campaign to make it look like Shire is a great place to work:

I bet they had to get employees from Dublin because only the only place they could find people to say anything nice was far, far away from FO and HQ.

talk to NBU in my area, they got paid...so they help with Xiidra and get paid, but the OBU that is actually responsible for it and launched it doesn't get paid because of a "glitch", seriously?!
I swear this is Valeant 2.0, is Mike Peasrson working here as well, omg!

Hey mate: Your bonus is being paid. Whilst you write negative reviews, remember that there are simple means to identify you. Good Day.

Since CP does not provide IPs, and anyone with half a brain would post from Tor anyway, the only people at risk for identification would be internal managers using their computers to threaten and harass employees. And managers (or their cronies) with a history of such behavior, sexual harassment etc, would be the most vulnerable to such exposure. Guess we all know who that might be.

Well just to be clear, we got paid out for Q2 for Vyvanse and a few might have been paid for Xiidra although most of the NBU got paid... wait for it... $200 for making Xiidra calls in Q2. We just found out this week that for Q3 KC changed the rules mid quarter and actually most NBU reps will make $0 for Xiidra calls in Q3 which is complete bullshit. So we aren't getting paid for Xiidra, same as you apparently since the "glitch". However we did get paid out our Q2 "bonuses" today, if that's what you want to call it. Complete joke.

If the OBU didn't get paid this company must really be in trouble. That is crazy! I knew this place was a sinking ship but this pretty much shows the company does not have money and wants to hang on as long as they can to bonuses to accumulate interest in the bank. That's why they've pushed our bonus payouts to the latest possible date again.

And To the poster who acts like we shouldn't have been paid over the OBU.... Imagine being told tomorrow you have to make 140-160 vyvanse calls IN ADDITION to your own sales calls. Get a BS Conf call training on the PI. Then run around like a chicken with your head cut off killing your self to go see 20 docs you've never met 7 times (so 15-16 extra calls a week, almost 2 work days devoted to Vyvanse calls). All while fighting with your NBU counterpart who acts like you WANT to be making these calls because they think your stealing their business or access....or you want their job.

My OBU counterpart was such a pain in the a$$ to deal with that i had to quit talking to them. Why? Because I had NO choice but to make those calls and they wanted to spend 2-3 hours on the phone about it a week. Majority of pharma reps have partners, including their restasis reps. Normal business minded sales reps get this and aren't such control freaks. We got overlays here and I just let that rep do their job. I'm not saying I wanted an overlay but we made it work and I didn't harass them for doing Their job. I've never dealt with such a difficult Rep or partnership in my life as this Xiidra counterpart. I'm not saying all OBU reps were like this. My other one just let me run with the calls and we had zero problems. But some of us were put through hell, all because we were forced by the company to do this.

This was hours and hours and hours of our time and news flash: we DONT WANT to do this. We were forced. Then paid $250-1500 total for all of that work. THEN told "hey guys ACTUALLY you could have just made THREE calls not 7." Then reps who were smart and gave up due to the sheer absurdity of the call goals still got paid. BUT if you tried to be a good employee and listened and did the 7 calls you completely waisted all of that time and energy and received a complete slap in the face from management.

So NO you don't deserve to be paid over the NBU bc of the Xiidra thing. BOTH divisions should be paid when management states.... But trying to state the OBU should get a bonus first and trying to compare? Think about this. we did the extra work here. Would you want to make vyvanse calls for 2 days a week and still be responsible for your OBU goals? I don't think so. Yes we were in your offices and I'm sure that sucked. But you didn't have to manage 140-160 extra calls that quarter and still run your business. So just stop with the whole OBU v NBU nonsense. We don't want your jobs or your offices. We just want to be paid what we're owed just like you. This isn't a contest, it's a livelihood that pays for our families to eat and live.

We all have to face the truth - the company views sales reps and our organization as slave labor and treats us like crap. I like coasting at my job and I think that's the best solution for getting by. There's no use complaining about anything- nobody cares and we are so unimportant that lesdership can't be bothered to tell the truth or hold to their promises.

i found the Glassdoor link. you can too. this may be our only tool to report the pathetic leadership and their decisions. the treatment of reps since I have been here has been outlandish. so many examples.

Begging on a Saturday night all alone ? It's just you jerkoff. Everybody was out getting laid last night, while you are begging like a rabid dog. Hiliarious, but pathetic and sad as hell.
