How is the environment with opthamology sales? Salary? Benefits? Car package? National growth of the product?
To answer your question it fucking sucks. The reason you're interviewing here is because the opening was created when upper mgmt fired reps not even one year into the launch and right before the July 4th weekend for not having market share above some arbitrary line....even though we don't have Medicare coverage. Oh and this after pulling them into a room back in Feb at the NSM (only 5 months into this launch to berate them bc their share went down one month....one fucking month). NO I AM NOT JOKING! This place is a joke, a hole. Morale is AT AN ALL TIME LOW. We don't have goals, bonuses are being paid out late, goals are unattainable, and the true up to make up for said goals was laughable.
So to answer your questions.

Well you're definitely not the norm. Bc we have an open territory here, 3 actually. Our manager asked to give some of the one to two neighboring reps and was told no.No they are not. One in our area is being split up between other reps. Perry lied.
