Plagarizing in an attempt to sound clever ( here stealing from Michael Jordan) is pathetic. Try this thought - a chain is as weak as its weakest link, and a fish with a rotten head can't swim. Your and your ilk are the source of our problem- and pretending to be smart and shouting down discussion doesn't make you top performers, it makes you rotten.

B&L are nothing but a bunch of amateur eye drop reps. Those from there without other pharma experience are laughable. This place is joke now and everyone knows it. Even the recruiters laugh at what this place has become. Nice job Kathy. Enjoy explaining your legacy.

Just do what I did. Tell the overlay rep to stay the hell out of your offices and go call on someone I haven't already called on. I don't even notice my overlay now. My only regret is that I didn't have this conversation day one.

I agree with this 100% We are having multiple "A target" offices ban us because we are in there too much. It's such a 1990's sales model. KK can show her increased call activity numbers all she wants, but it's not an accurate portrayal of whats going on in the offices.
