I don't see that happening. As they were brought in by the CEO change here, except for what we've seen happening, seems very unlikely.

You mean how good we HAD it! I have been at 3 different Pharma companies and one entry level sales job. I have worked for multiple leaders and can safely say that kobe and sternberg are the worst people I have ever come across. They lie, manipulate and create a hostile environment. I just left after the Chesterbrook fiasco and have happily landed somewhere where losers like those two don't get ahead, they get shown the door. If either one of them had to work for someone other than Flemming, they'd be fucking fired for the shit they pull. Not to mention how under qualified they both are. HR at Shire should be ashamed of the lack of ability they have to deal with these assholes.

Hundreds of posts complaining about leadership and the only response is blame the messenger. But good suggestion. If everyone who hated it left only clowns like you would be left. Much more relaxing to have a job I don't care about !
 




































Teamwork training will never be incorporated because one of the reasons for creating overlay reps was to further perpetuate an atmosphere of animosity and dysfunction among sales reps. Now that reps are mostly busy with issues of routing, communicating and backstabbing. They have less time to recognize the gross ineptitude of leadership.
