Senior leadership monitoring and actively taking down posts

I posted about senior leadership this AM. Within 5 minutes the "troll alert" "fired pussy", "snowflake" etc comments began in multiple posts. When I replied that I'd obviously hit a nerve due to their swift reaction, they took mine and their replies down immediately. It's comical to think how much they can't stand to be told the truth. And it's very obvious they monitor this site all day everyday.

this is how they opperate. rather than fix the problem they attempt to discredit those who call it out. Glass door had been swarmed with positive shire and FO reviews since the downgrade. Leadership behaves like children or a scorned spouse. pathetic
