DT yelling? LOL! That would be as scary as the floating feather from Forrest Gump, with about the same weight of impact. That made me laugh! DT yelling, oooohhh noooo! HA! Talk about the most pointless thing ever, DT's opinion on anything!

Well I have to say, as a field mentor for Biotronik, I feel very badly for the training staff. They are forced to put up with Dustin and his moronic leadership and disrespectful treatment of them. He is as acurately stated in this thread a horrible leader. His staff bears the brunt of his tirades and bad management. I would find another job if I had to work under him. And quickly.
 






i attended their advanced course for experienced industry new hires. I found the training to be great. The main trainer was fun and knowledgeable. I did see several disturbing bahaviors from the director. He said some things that just didn't make sense. He was talking about CRM issues and tech that he had no idea about. It was sad really. Sadder still that the trainers have to report to this guy who would be better off selling couches or beer. Everyone in my class took note of his lack of experience and knowledge. Needless to say we were disappointed that Biotronik cares so little for its training programs that they hired an ortho rep to lead it.

This made me laugh!!! It's so incredibly obvious that Dustin is defending himself here. If he was that great, then why all the negativity and clear observations of lack of skills and professionalism? People who have been in the training classes who have directly observed and been involved with him are saying he is bad for Biotronik and bad for CRM as a whole. He doesn't lead, he bullies. He doesn't show the way, he kicks people until they submit through fear and intimidation. This isn't being a leader and a great innovator. It's being a follower of Kim Jong Il and Pol Pot. This (having Dustin on board) is to biotroniks detriment and a sad reflection of the executive decisions being made there. Biotronik is on a roll, your correct. But Dustin will play a large part in reversing that roll and shrinking Biotroniks market share. Mark my words!

And calling other companies names (shitty) is just plain juvenile. Proved my point that Dustin leads by fear and intimidation. Don't believe me? Just ask his team!

Lol. One team under a tyrannical bully is because they have a leader that causes division and fear, which permeates the organization. It starts in training and filters out to the entire organization. No one is immune. Thanks Ramon! Thanks Dustin! Bio is even more of a mockery and a picture perfect example of how NOT to do things, and we appreciate it very much! We in the big three see it, hear it, and it's funny to see Biotronik fake like their a big player now. Biotronik won't last long with these clowns at the helm. Just watch!

WTF is going at Biotronik? It seems like it's finally coming down to the desperate actions of hiring non CRM people to lead. Yup. Says a lot of the leadership in Lake O. Pathetic, desperate and trying to be like the big three and failing miserably. I have zero docs that would shame themselves, their hospitals or harm their patients by implanting a bio POS.

They needed a leader who could manage the "nuts" and "screw" balls who would take this job. Talk about sitting in the back of the bus. Lol
 






DONT DO IT!! Wait for one of the big three, preferably one of the big 2. Don't work for Bio! They will screw you at every opportunity and will throw you out without so much as a goodbye handshake. They do make a decent product, but the management is comprised of the dregs of the losers who were cast out of the big three, and have a vendetta against quality people. They are all of them substandard and could not make it with the other companies, hence their employ with BINC. Their motto belies quality, but they are anything but. If you are a quality person, and have any integrity at all, do NOT work for this company!!! Consider yourself warned!
