Sales Training

How about that guy that spends all day obsessing and dishing out crap about his old shoulder company. Old news, buddy, why can't you get with our program? We sure could use it. Same ole stuff from a bunch of retreads.
Yep. It is the same old stuff over and over. Where do we get these people. From the bottom if the barrel?

At least wound used to have Kelly. I'm not sure what she added to the business side but she sure has fitness modeling down. Frenchy surely hired her based off of business acumen.

I've heard the rumors about Wallace...hooking up with girls and lying about people. What is true about this guy what isn't? He jumped up quickly out of no where. Had to have stepped on people along the way

A Sportsmedicine senior manager whose dishonest, unethical and steps all over people to get what he wants? That's unheard of!!

not sure why you guys are complaining, the wound training here is top drawer and the leadership is out of this world. They really know what the market needs.

This is far from the truth. They're pretty inept. However, since most of our reps aren't even lasting a year at this point you'd think all that new hire training would make them better at their job. Must be part of the reason they're trying to move all sales training to online modules. Gotta be costing the company a fortune to continuously hire and train new reps. Turn n burn! If they paid us well we might stay longer.

I don't know one rep only lasted a year........

Yep. Gosh - over half of our salesforce has been here for a year or less. You still have your grizzled vets but they're few and far between. You may have one rep per region with tenure - like Scranton, Birmingham, Raleigh, Orange County - but for every one of these you have five reps that just got finished with their training. The challenge is that our quota was set so high that even with a high base salary you have most of your reps that are getting quarterly commission checks of 3K or less. That's why the revolving door never stops.

This is fairly accurate. Moreover, the commission reality is that you can blow it out one year, but then the next you'll make peanuts. Unless that is, you've learned to get it prescribed for yourself. Or fill out order forms for your clinics. Or make deals with your specialty pharmacies. Or tell your doctors it cures cancer. But none of that ever happens......

The right team is in place and the growth of PICO continues. Morale is high and so are commissions.

Ha! Ok McCann. Keep telling yourself the reason people are leaving isn't due to management style and pay...but instead due to the inability of the DM's to 'sell the vision'. Not sure how you could say the right team is in place as the composition of the team literally changes every two weeks. In a healthy company you might get 10-15% rep turn annually. We've turned close to 2/3 over the last 18 months. It's obvious given the spinoff of TruClear coupled with the fact that this cash was used to only buyback stock that you all are trying to position the company for a takeover bid to fatten your pockets. Good luck.
