The revamped the whole program and no one knows what's going on. The Marketing people don't know basic questions about our go to product. Gives you mad confidence to go slay it

Run for the hills chief. Sinking ship. Great product. Everything else leaves a lot to be desired, including pay, marketing, sales support, and employee development. They throw out a big base to get you hooked but you'll get peanuts for commission.

The changes needed in Sports Medicine never occurred. Worst training in the industry

Especially after the shit you pulled with the ridiculous written test you authored at the most recent National trading Meeting in Phoenix. Way to make everyone feel motivated and excited to go out and sell the new technology and products. Pull the stick out of your ass, crawl back under the hole from which you came and DIE!

From the line down management is a mess:
-Foster showed a graph showing how much MS we have lost
-Wallace is Fosters sidekick also helping Foster implement thse new comp plans so management can make more money and reps make less
- Carleo is on some high Horse and has no clue how to motivate the salesforce
= They wonder why turnover is a mess and all our Reps going to competition
- Send all these guys back to Boston Sci. Its not working here

Not sure that it's Nicole's job to motivate the sales force. Having said that, the majority opinion seems to be that she and her little group of minions are piss poor at training a sales force to be effective.
