Mark Russ will be gone too. They are loaded at the top and have an NBU force 3 deep. Also during takeovers they do not layoff their own. We are toast. So motivated for the launch meeting to here more "exciting" news about how we are supposed to swim in our own. The managers calls have been all bullshit.

Yep. Talked to a friend today that works there. They are in the market to add to their CNS portfolio and he said Vyv has been mentioned. Do they have the cash? Absolutely!!
 






Allergan doesn't want us, their is no intrinsic value in buying Neuro, they sold their generic business to Teva. You need to put your thinking cap on or just use your brain. There are a couple viable options, 1...a company that wants to lunch a product in ADHD... like Sunovion...not sure they have the $$$ to do it since they are private there is no way of knowing. Option 2 FO tries to sell Neuro to Teva which has a branded division and owns Adderall, this makes sense, Vyvanse has 5 1/2 years left or so along with Mydayis. They can make billions off the branded Vyvanse and get to make the Generic version in 2023 and destroy all competitors. Sandoz is another option, Novartis buys Neuro and then moves it to Sandoz, their Generic side. Bottom line we are all screwed.
 






FO will sell the highest bidder. Who can forget Abbvie?! He made it clear it's about him and his payday. He'll sell Shire. Negotiate his golden parachute and fabricate his exit strategy to preserve his legacy as CEO. FO is a joke. He's a legend in his own mind.
