Just returned from Dallas launch of new vaccine pharmacy sales force.

Leader Rosemary Hoy loves to talk about herself! both on stage & in person. Let's see what kind of leader she is in the months to come.
Since clinics aren't stocking more Z let's hope we can do more to help. Not sure 50 is enough in the field, some whole states have no help at all.

If more positions open up in the Midwest, there will be a long line of reps trying to get away from Tom Lyon. He is so repulsive to work for.

No, because you have no clue what you are doing and you don't have the qualifications to be a director. Also, you have lost at least two major IHS on your watch this year and you going there trying to save the business did absolutely nothing to get it back. You also waste Merck money flying over your region every week bringing no real value on field visit calls. In fact, you make access worse with your infantile detailing skills and interrogation style questioning of respected healthcare professionals. Finally, you have already lost a couple of CTL's and dozens of reps because they cannot stand your pathetic leadership style. I could go on but there are several threads about you that cover in great detail the rest of your incompetence.
