let's take a little rewind back to PERRY's conference call with the OBU. You remember that call, don't you? KK was reassigned and Perry made us all several promises. What is a promise and what does it mean. Should a company uphold promises made by upper management? What should be the outcome of unkept promises. Should we presume these were promises? Or were they LIES? What is an honorable man? What damage does a lie or in truth or unkept promise do to a sales force?

Perry promised to keep in touch with us. Did I miss something? Were there conference calls or reviews I missed out on?

What about the monthly contests. Maybe I missed that email. We had one in June. He did not say one contest. He said monthly contests. Yup with an S. contests. Every month.

Remember he even promised quick payouts. A month later. It's August. Where is that June contest payout? Anyone receive their payout? Any word on when it will be paid?

Attainable contests. That was another promise. How many hit numbers to win contest dollars? Any word from Perry about the contest or the winners?

i understand misforcasts. I understand mistakes. I even understand lack of communication even though I view it as a lack of respect for those you work with.

I do NOT understand broken promises. I Dont understand Lies. I dont understand complete disregard for an entire group of people who risked their careers to come to a company with no approved drug. I have no respect for a man in a position of power telling outright lies about financial compensation to a sales force.

We all feel the same way, I'm out of here asap. I left bad reviews on the survey, I just wish there was room for free text. What's funny is if you talk to the Shire veterans, people who've been here awhile , NONE OF THEM say it's always been like this. I came from BL and I will be the first to say Perry did usually do the right thing, but here he seems to be full of shit and I for one am tired of it.
 






So glad I was let go from the OBU in late June.

New job, new perspective, and life is good.

Why make promises if you are not going to follow through? I would have been ok if contests had never been mention Ned. Now they were promised, he needs to make good. How can we as a team believe anything he says now? No trust.

If I ran my territory like these buffoons run this OBU , I would've been in the low performer secret disiplainary meeting at the 2017 NSM. And certainly in the group who were fired.

It's a shame those making the most have the least accountability. Shouldn't they have to do a SABA module on INTEGRITY?
