Respiratory and Diabetes

<

Think about it.
Respiratory promoted Farxiga.
Then they didn't.
Then they retrained on it.
Sold it again -for like a few months.
Now less than a year later....it's back in their bag.
Any level headed individual can extrapolate from this that the decision makers' cylinders aren't all firing.
Diabetes -Respiratory should sprint as fast as possible to a specialty role. Primary care, where is the job security?

He of little faith!!! Just calm down and believe, they have treated us well and I have NO doubt that will continue.......Love AZ

Wondering how this makes sense for the brands. Are drs wanting this 2/product detail?? What ev the brand says with transition it just wont flow. Cant see this PC arrangement lasting long. Specialty will start taking big writers then bye bye PC.

I agree 100 %. They think very highly of the specialty division. They weren’t even touched during this layoff. Diabetes was gutted.

I can tell you that I and many others do not think highly of specialty. They are overpaid for what they do. If they are "working" they are spending more time behind the wheel than in front of customers. AZ needs to wake up and see that PC should be covering the specialists. If they cut again, hopefully it will be specialty's turn.

Won’t happen buddy!! If anything they will give Specialty your doctors. They are paid more for a reason. See AZ does not care what you and many others think. It only matters what the boys at the tops think, and as long as there is a drug to sale we will remain the same.

You listen "Buddy". There are more PC reps than specialty reps and that is because that is where the bulk of the business is and that is where AZ is investing the most $ in.

Don’t mean to hurt your feelings but they have already put high writing PC doctors in our call cycle. Ya we could tell about where they are putting their money into and it’s not y’all. They have 3 to 4 reps in a territory and your telling me that can’t be cut down to 2 or one. How don’t get butt hurt I don’t think they will have layoffs for at least 6 months.

Perhaps no layoffs for at least 6 months. However, if reps responsible for making Breztri scripts happen don't make their numbers, I can see PIPs happening during those 6 months.

First PIP should go to Fanelli for his failure to play with MCO's and launching with access. Heard from several the buck stopped with him. He learned nothing from Bevespi.
2021=relaunch.

The "silent layoff" will start in 2021. Managers will begin coaching targeted reps out. Yeh, we will hear about reps on PIPs too.
