Salary talk anyone?
for Primary Care, what is your base with how many years in the industry??

I’m at 23 years and 108k

Seems like new hires that are part of the expansion are cashing in the misfortune of us veterans.

new hires with 1/5 the experience being brought in at 25% more

Your problem is that you’ve been with az for 23 years. Only way to make more money in sales is jumping to different companies. Loyalty is not rewarded

No. They do not reward you. They control you and make you think you are rewarded when you're not. They will make you get experimental jabs and make you drive an electric car and you will do it. That's why we keep re-fighting the same battles over and over throughout history.

You'd be close to 200 if you'd switched companies a few times

Agree you would be higher, but not $200k base in primary care. If you have been here 20+ years and barely making over $100k, that indicates you are only at a career ladder level 2 or 3 or you would be making more due to the way HR requires managers to give salary adjustments each year. Sounds like performance may be in line with salary. If you are a really good salesperson, you would have left here with that salary.

Let’s call it out…. $108k salary regardless of how long you have been here isn’t poverty. Bring in bonus and the car and you are well above poverty level. God, people have become such whiners.

Consequence of dumbing down the schools

For Petes sake, when you quote Tucker Carlson please give him credit in your post.

Amen! Many Americans would sign up tomorrow for this poverty level - whiner indeed. Also add benefits -take a look at what the co pays compared to our contribution, 401k matching, etc. you can’t even reason with someone who feels this entitled. Run your Total Rewards report and you’ll see you’re at least compensated around $160 when you look at all the other benefits you don’t see in your paycheck.

Real talk... If you've been in primary care for 23 years. You probably aren't even worth 108k.

What do you bring to the table that a new grad at 60k doesn't? Do you order chik fil a better? Get better iPad signatures?

If you want more money you should have left pc 15 years ago.

No rep brings anything to the table that a fresh Eastern Washington graduate doesn’t.

Agree… not a great place to be after 23…
