AZ has been interviewing Keryx reps for two months. How many will give 2 weeks before the year ends?
Keryx itself had a pattern of allowing territories to remain vacant for 3-4 months before filling the positions. And, of course, those territories' sales would fall during this time because they weren't being worked. Management didn't seem to mind the lost revenue. However, once the reps were in place, many were pressured and placed on plans within 3-6 months of their hire dates. That's the true Keryx Karing Kulture. Maybe things will be different under the Akebia name?

I wish You wrote this a couple of months back when I took the job. This is a PIP heaven.
I'm sorry. If you only knew the history. So many of us were optimistic when hired and within a few months on the job learned about the true company culture. Unrealistic goals, timelines, demands, and pressure. Witnessing competent and hard-working colleagues unfairly placed on plans, often within just a few months of their hire dates. Shameful fear-based management tactics. And the inner circle of the "connected and protected" where these fortunate few could do no wrong. Yes, some could have consecutive down quarters, however the majority of the sales force could not without risk of being placed on a plan and driven out. Not a good place to be.

Thanks for the above messages. I applied for a position that has had allot of turnover. Manager has been very vague about what went wrong in past/reps. If a position seems too good to be true - it probably is a nightmare
