Q3 is over and I safely sit well above 102%. My zone will also probably win the Shire reward points as well. Overall I should make out great. I do however stand with my colleagues who are above 100% and will not receive the global kicker. I would be frustrated as well. In all my years working I'm not sure I have ever witnessed anything so unprofessional. I believed Kathy was going to at some point admit HER mistake and honor the bonus she put on the big screen at the NSM. Her credibility has been impacted negatively.
I don't mean to be negative Nancy but the BTS contest this year was not very productive acording to most representatives.. .. this contest has ALWAYS been an individual territory contest which makes the most sense to anyone who truly understands the business. Why did I have to count on reps 2000 miles away in order to qualify for these points. I'm not ungrateful. It is a significant amount points and I am hoping we win them but the whole BTS contest process was not a good one in 2015. Good luck to everyone out there.

Lets face it, it sucks! That's because we have horrible leadership. This is nothing more than a paycheck until I find a more suitable place to continue my career. One where I can actually trust senior leadership.

You are a bully... there are some whiners on this post but many have a legitimate complaint and are expressing their opinion. I agree with some and others I do not. True leadership doesn't blame a teleprompter. Am I right??? Am i? They check to make sure what they are telling their audience is accurate and can be followed through with. Any intelligent individual knows that.
