Don't necessarily agree KK doesn't care about our work life balance though I hear that said a lot. I have not heard her say anything to give me that impression. ... with that said I can't believe this last situation SHE PLACED HERSELF IN. I almost feel sorry for her because of how silly she has made herself look. I would be so embarrassed... also not happy about the phone/internet cuts they made on our behalf. My bills haven't shrunk for those items and now I'm out of pocket. Still am grateful to have a good job though.

Seriously, how much do you all spend on your cell phone and internet? I spend $85 for my phone service (AT&T) and $35 on internet (Comcast). I previously worked for Merck and they didn't even reimburse for internet. Also, go out and work and you'll hit 102% and get the kicker.

Stuck in 2 year contract unfortunately. Once that is up I probably will be able to get phone and internet around $120. Working hard and smart does not always equal 102% goal attainment. I think the point everyone is making is that it is wrong to roll out a comp plan and then pull it back.

So sorry your relationships have been ruined by porn. We don't need to listen to what your psychiatrist told you to make you feel better about your situation. Schedule another appointment with him/her instead of lecturing us... take your depression meds too. It can take a few weeks for them to kick in so don't give up on them. You do realize half of us are female right?
 






We should let this disturbed person seek help and otherwise ignore her and her insecurities. To the point, all her babble doesn't make the "change in direction" with KK any less onerous. And what's with all the CP deniers - half of us have pics of the PowerPoints!

Fact: She has recommended people for RD spots based on the attributes of - divorced, single, no kids and "free of distraction, so field time won't be an issue"

Statement is TOTALLY FALSE!! There are two trolls on our site - an idiot that was fired at B&L and a blind supporter of KK. It is time that these trolls leave our Board for mischief on Merck, Pfizer, etc.!!! Don't let these trolls pollute our Board!!

Ahhh, yeah. Sorry to burst your bubble you Kathy cling-on but this behavior is well documented and just ask some of the RDs who were "lucky" enough to get her prized referrals.

I am an RD and have a colleague who was pushed to hire a divorced mom of older kids with "no distractions" as it was put to them.

Get over your fascination with KK or if this is KK responding herself, look in the mirror you classless hack of a leader.

I am not a troll and I am not a blind supporter. Rarely do I reply to anything on this site. I don't agree with all the negative things said regarding KK but I do agree that changing a comp plan is wrong. The interesting thing is that my RD even criticized her for doing it and said "it is definitely a low point for her". They never have had anything negative to say about her until now. When someone messes up they should take responsibility and be accountable. KK seems to not want to do either.

Don't believe for a second you are an RD. There really is no need to make things up on here. Simply stick to the facts and they all lead to the conclusion that KK is not that good at her job. It isn't personal. Not everyone is cut out to be a leader at that level. Underqualified individuals get jobs they haven't earned and don't really deserve all the time. She fits into that category. People should stop being so critical of her though and be more critical of the GUYS that hired her.

I agree 100%. She really is trying hard and doing the best she can. Her best just isn't that good.

The statement was posted as fact. Read the court case against her and Perry that cost Novartis millions. She does not want wotk-family balance, feedback or even compliance for that matter. Nor does she give a shit at the roaches who come out just because their bonus was fucked with.
