Problem with the X Goals?

A) Medicaid not included in goal and states like two that sound like California and Texas all get them in and rolling and they've already surpassed the goal without commercial put in there

B) Some reps have already achieved their goals around the country and have nothing to strive for so shame on the IC department

C) The Goal was given almost 1 week before the End of Month 1

D) Some managers moved their goal to others on their team they may have felt deserved to work harder or to a vacancy

E) Just because commercial lives were the coefficient to the equation doesn't mean that those lives were access-available

F). Shire management changes their mind every quarter on how to goal.

G) Some reps were printing Medicare or Medicaid free months right out on their computer to give to staff (can't be done now), and some reps have been promoting Medicare one-and-done scripts from the beginning (think NV, TN , CA and Missouri)

This is what Fucked me over, I have very high restasis volume, extremely low xiidra access.

G) not sure where you are getting your info, but I agree with some...however your info regarding TN reps promoting "one and done" is not true. I know for sure because I am on that team. Also, that would be stupid because that would go into our forecast for Q1 and with no coupons you would "shoot yourself in the foot".
 






















































Here is the fact! IC Team proposes sales goals and your management approves these goals and in many cases raise the goals. So don't blame us, monkey breadth!!!

We have KK holdovers that have zero brain cells let alone the ability to understand IC. KK, damned the division with her ineptitude and arrogance. She put her minions in positions that are struggling to grasp post KK expectations. Division will go through some pain during the transition. It will take some time fixing stupid.

Let's be real! Your new bosses signed off on the new sales goals. Not one of them objected to the numbers!! If you don't like your goals talk to your bosses!
