Patient chart flagging for Mydayis

we have all had the staff doing it. Oh yes, these are the patients you need to re-evaluate. Yes the ones that are doing fine on xr and ir.

I'll give it a couple weeks then
whistle blow!
Should go nice with our CIA
Reps are doing it, RD, have encouraged it and leadership doesn't wanna know about it.

How do reps have more patients on therapy than they do enrolled? How do some Regions have close to a 90% conversion rate from patients enrolled to patients on therapy? If this is isn't the biggest compliance BS and these reps and RDs are getting rewarded and recognized for cheating and recruiting patients???

Or use free 30 days prior to surgery that was the winning ticket in the OBU you were fired if you wouldn't do it.

I was warned that I needed to do a better job of getting nurses to flag patients that were on adderall to discuss switching to MYdayis

Flagging charts is really pushing the envelope for a company already under a CIA. No surprise how low these fools will stoop with their strategy. I hope they get indicted along with the reps stupid enough to do this.
