I have to say working here was a joke. The lab manager is unqualified for her position, plays favorites, and is a back stabbing bitch. How many people have left the lab this year? You want to know why, it's because of you and your other unqualified sidekick. Keep letting your "friends" steal time and do what they want. I really hope corporate catches on to you soon.

"corporate catches on....." LOL!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! if you are waiting for corporate to save you then are exactly where you belong. there is absolutely nobody here at corporate that cares about you or your lab. its disgraceful. you really think corporate will save you when you have a ceo who lives 3 time zones away and only puts in about a 1/2 day a week? he's been here maybe twice. whenever he is here the tyrion lannister stunt double will literally run you over if you stand anywhere near the elevators at 5:01. if you think corporate will save you then put a tooth under your pillow tonight and watch the tooth fairy reward you with a $100 dollar bill tomorrow morning. it really works. i promise.

For one this post is did on accurate. That woman does not belong being a manager of anything! She has her employees do all of her scheduling and paper work. She only hires people that are of her sexual preference (come by and take a look we have a lot of short haired kind of tough and rough ones) Shes a liar and a manipulator. Her best friend gets to do whatever she pleases (leaving the building while clocked in for hours, taking long periods of time off every summer and we are talking months) She and the HR person sit behind closed doors and discuss everything people trust HR with. Which is a whole other problem there. The HR rep there tells everyone's personal business to anyone who will listen the second you leave her office. No kidding corporate doesn't care. Everyone knows that at the lab. It obvious by the tons of laws that are broken everyday and nothing gets happens. We do have a GM onsite some days but nobody really knows him. He doesn't leave his office and lets the place run itself.
 


Good assessment but you missed one thing. Look a little closer to the relationship way more than friends. Is she still hiring her bff's drug addicted children? Only way to stop The HR issue is suing she gives her pals people medical information can we say HIPPA?
 


Hahahaha these posts are killing me, because so true. She has way too much power. She oversees like 4 different departments and sucks at managing all of them. She will protect her friends and throw everyone else under the bus but never takes responsibility when it's her mistake, which is often.

I wouldn't tell HR there anything, the whole lab will know. Her and the billing lady, the one that disappears half the day gossip all the time.

general manager isn't aware of these issues? HR is not your only route to addressing your concerns.

It is a shame this is the only way to find out what's going on around here...... At the lab checking out the company bulletin board to hear what's going on. The thread is spot on.

You know the pig of a man who use to come to the lab to eat free lunches when he wasnt working there. The same loser who would go out for lunch, come back and smell like he was hanging with Willie Nelson passing the bong back and forth.
