I'm from Baxalta and I am shocked that this woman KK is such a disaster. I dont know what's harder to believe? The stories about her, or the people (likely herself) defending her on this thread. Either way, she apparently isn't the leader the field feels can get things done.
This is exactly what we feared being purchased. Big pharma never listens to the field. They think everything can be handled by consulting companies and getting dozens of people who have never sold into a room to make decisions.
Unfortunately, these people will keep their jobs and the field will lose theirs from all these poor decisions.
