OBU RD's: One word to describe.













My RD in NC is the laziest. Honestly, she provides no constructive feedback for me to get better. Her field rides with me are more talking about her family and how she has to leave early then coaching. It's obvious to me the VH had no idea what he was getting when he hired her. VH...at least hire a leader that has been in the Oph market in the last five years. She doesn't even have relationships with the Drs in the area. Come on VH. You're better than that. We need coaching and help, not a random passenger in our cars while we work.
One word...worthless!

Members of our team do everything for him.
Business analysis, trends, congrats and shout outs to the team, etc.
He has a few "favorites" and that's where the focus is, everybody else, crickets.
 












I hear she is number 1 in the country! And for good reason! She is the best manager I have ever had! She is incredibly knowledgeable, well spoken, compassionate, caring and the best coach/manager/friend I have ever had the pleasure to work with. VH knew exactly what he was doing when he hired her. Don't hate on success, why hate on people period! Applaud success, enjoy the good times! Maybe dig down deep, take that constructive criticism your "coach" so kindly takes time to share with you and maybe you'll be number 1 one day!

Yes she might act like a friend but not a coach. I need someone to help me get better. Say specifically what she does to coach us. I don't care about nice, friendly, well spoken. I care about my development which he has an inability to help with. She's too friendly with the reps. She tries too hard to be friends and not an action oriented coach. Number one or not she's not doing any of us any favors. Besides NC is always #1 in numbers after any product launch.

Please stop trying so hard to be our friend. We need a leader.

I think its high time that the OBU ZDs require 360 feedback of the RDs. I bet some of us have a lot to get off our chest. At least send us an anonymous survey monkey.
Amen! Or at least have them listen and take to heart when we give feedback. My manager doesn't listen or implement anything we tell them.
