OBU now Sales 3

I am on a 2 wk routing, I have zero new info to show except a new "white paper" or whatever they call it that my docs say " please don't show me anymore stuff, just tell me managed care coverage has gotten better"!
How about marketing stop spending money on stupid mechanism of action books that docs think are stupid and a waste of money, stop using Mrs. Anniston and use those funds to get us better coverage.
 












Folks, there is life outside of Pharma.

I left after 15 years have not felt better.,Was it easy, no. Worth it, yes.

The Pharma bubble is shrinking day by day and while it was once easy to leave a company and hop on another, those days are over.

Bottom Line: The grass is never greener. We truly aren't "Sales" reps, just overpaid marketing robots. You didn't move the market yourself, managed care did, those awards and presidents club, not worth shit in the real sales arena.

Levels and criteria will always change. I recall a time in NBU when they went to the “patient advocate” lateral jobs they all got level of promotion; then when they came back to sales force after 2 years of who knows what the heck they did, as they weren’t accountable for anything — yup u guessed it another level increase

It's not the title. It's the fact they hired us in at the same level when we shouldn't have been. The fact we are getting an executive title but no increase in salary. That's the messed up part. That they told us it was a 2 year process, yet at the last POA NUMEROUS Kathy "pets" were promoted after not even a full year ...hmm
 
























OBU was suppose to be/told at hiring in 2 yrs would be eligible for promotion with raise, now we are moved to sales 3 and the requirements for promotion is 3 yrs not 2. So good ole shire has moved the goal post and changed the rule book. You hold our bonuses, you have "glitches" in payroll, you give us goals late with days left to sell, and you wonder why morale is low. Not sure if leadership just doesn't care or just too stupid. Perhaps a combo of both.
 


















OBU Sales has not delivered the sales $s. Therefore, no promotions until there is performance! You wankers are lucky we still pay you! Happy Holidays from Ireland!

Well these "wankers" are not going to pay full price for this product. So if the blessed managed care folks could do their job sales could deliver sales $'s.
