too many expansion territories and overlaps... now with key accounts and zero value market development people. this will not get more sales and then there will be lay offs. Shire has done this before in other divisions.
 










































inside here. reorganization is coming with different roles, smaller terr that aren't performing will be severed. Stack ranked by managers and better performing that can be redeployed in diff terr will get resmit w/ sar
 






























People, please have some common sense, hiring freezes are a prelude to layoffs. My manager is actively hiring someone as I write this. Why would we be hiring KAMs if we were having major layoffs? Please think w your brains.
