It's a simple recipe: Get the payer access (preferred or equal status) + put reps only in territories to pull through that access = SALES!

Save your coupons, vouchers, speaker programs, bullshit sales aids that restate the PI and deploying people based on straight volume. It doesn't matter.

There I just saved you millions in paying McKinsey or ZS for bad advice!

Unless sales start to ramp up significantly, my manager told me there will be sales force layoffs (like Merck, Genentech, Eli Lilly, etc.). She said that our sales people are more concerned about wearing jeans than actually selling product. Good luck from HQ.
