Clap clap. Great job home office on getting the numbers out. It must be so difficult to remember to run the reports every single week. I would just put it on my calendar each Wednesday, *run numbers report-important* then I wouldn't forget. It is really telling that we can barely see Vyvanse numbers in our reports. It is astounding to me how little this company cares about a blockbuster drug. Mydayis isnt a piece of shit but it's a niche product and I'm not going to sell it because I'm not getting paid for it. Happy Monday Shire!!! Fuck you.
 






It's not that they forgot, it is that they didn't like the results of the adjustments. They are afraid the bonuses will be to high. They don't want to have to pay that out. Anytime there is a delay in goal attainment it is never positive, and is always followed by spin. Just like the Q2 "true up" for peds only. It's crap that adult reps had lower goals and peds higher. Adult reps/Adult dominant reps in the prime identified locations have had artificially high goals since the launch of BED. Bottom line is that they need to make it looks like peds are hitting targets for the analyst... they need to make the Ped market look good so they can dump neuroscience. This is the problem with the high Ped areas, they never really had to grow and they hit 100+% of goal. Now shire is like crap, we are losing share in peds.. what do we do? Step one give the realistic goals to achieve, stop giving negative growth goals. Step 2 nix the separate adult/Ped reps. Step 3 let reps make money set fair goals have a real IC plan that lets us make money and you will see things skyrocket. It's not hard! It is pretty simple.
 






What's up with our Q'3 goals? I'm hearing some rumblings that Q'3 goals will be adjusted up to makes up for a "mistake" in indexing which resulted in low goals for Q'2? Any truth to this? Since most reps didn't make goal in Q'2 (again), HOW COULD THE GOALS HAVE BEEN TOO LOW???

I understand needing to change, and am willing to be nimble, but isn't this just MADNESS???

It is making me really sad that day after day I am realizing that I may not be spending my entire career at Shire. I love (loved) this company. I hope something changes soon, but I don't think it's going to.
 






Goal Attainment dropped below 120% for some of our leaders special friends so they had to make some adjustments before putting the numbers out. They didn't like us talking about loss of market share and losing vs. The market for these individuals so those numbers will look a little more impressive going forward as well.

The past is the past . When you leave it's incredible to realize the horrific joke this place has become and how laughable it is you've actually put up with it due to past trust. And you realize how long you hold onto what used to be. This place was my career lifer place too and now I'm out and am in shock I put up with FO s destruction of what used to be an amazing company that still employed reps 20 years and so on. That place is long gone . Get out and stop wasting your talents here you can get far better
