Here is a question for someone to ask: How much have ELT members spent staying at the swanky hotel next to HQ and why was Aynn Furie from FINANCE sent there to try to negotiate lower rates….it is so hypocritical. Call then out!
 
















It’s been awfully quiet the last 2 weeks…
No it hasn’t. Various BU’s leadership have posted videos stating what’s next & that most US colleagues will be informed before the end of November. Some separations have already been announced.Severance package changed and posted. Q&A posted. It’s all on the share point organizational change site.
 




















It’s just their culture of “transparency, straight talk, & DNA of collaboration”
The current stated culture and values are courage, excellence, equity and joy.

It doesn’t take courage to reduce headcount. It is the lowest hanging fruit and a simpleton dumb way to show Wall Street that they are doing something.
Lack of excellence is what got us into this mess. No forward thought and absolute joke of what they did or didn’t do with the Covid windfall.
If they believed in equity, the knuckleheads that produced this mess would reduce their pay to $1 a year in order to dig us out.
However, they will take joy in continuing their big bonuses and media tours while the little people they care so much about are out finding new jobs.

good analysis and accurate...sr. leaders will experience joy as they will be untouched, their compensation untouched. They will continue to proudly try to market each others books on LinkedIn while thousands are losing their jobs right before the holidays.
 




Would be a great question for Koalemos. How do our current actions promote equity among all levels of colleagues? What resources previously directed to executives will be redirected to first line colleagues to ensure equal outcomes?
