No it hasn’t. Various BU’s leadership have posted videos stating what’s next & that most US colleagues will be informed before the end of November. It doesn’t take courage to reduce headcount. It is the lowest hanging fruit and a simpleton dumb way to show Wall Street that they are doing something.
Lack of excellence is what got us into this mess. No forward thought and absolute joke of what they did or didn’t do with the Covid windfall.
If they believed in equity, the knuckleheads that produced this mess would reduce their pay to $1 a year in order to dig us out.
However, they will take joy in continuing their big bonuses and media tours while the little people they care so much about are out finding new jobs.
