This is not a concern here at Quest. Why would anyone want to leave such a great company to begin with?

Have you not heard it is one of the best companies to work for or did no one ever ask your opinion?
 






All the animals who like to post threatening messages about being sued if you go to another lab can now go crawl back under the rock they crawled out from under. Non-Competes are over across America.
 
























Non-competes don't affect sales reps in the lab industry unless your a higher up. Non-solicits are still in place. That didn't change. You leave you can't touch your business for a year. Industry standard. You don't seem to understand the difference between the two

I'm not sure this is true. At least I don't remember reading this distinction in the FTC ruling. A non-solicit and non-disclosure, for example, are subsets of the Non-compete Agreement. I could see how the non-disclosure clause would withstand this ruling, since sharing proprietary information of an ex-employer would not impede an employee's ability to compete. However, a non-solicit would impede this ability, since in order to compete, an employee needs to be able to market a product/service to any potential client. This could be particularly obstructive to one's ability to compete if the prospect pool is limited to only a few competitors.
