I agree with much of what these threads say but also agree that making it that mean personable is not necessary... unfortunately many believe that our leaders are screwing us over on purpose and are very upset. I on the other hand believe they don't know what they are doing and don't know the right way to treat a sales force.

Seriously? Everything going on within our business unit and the company as a whole and you're worried about cyber bullying? Cyber bullying is when you're "sending messages intimidating or threatening in nature". That's not what was done.
I'm pretty sure Perry already knows he can't pronounce our products...
You know what isn't cool though? Everything this "leadership team" has done to this company. That is what you should be concerned about.
 












KC is the worst of the worst. Classic example of piss poor leadership. A nation of reps not hitting numbers..multiple reps not hitting goal quarter after quarter. Then being told "hey, sorry 'bout it guys we should have worked Christmas". Now the summer vaca request? Please! maybe if we knew not taking vaca would guarantee us some serious money in bonuses there would be more motivation to work. But we all know it will be more of the same..unattainable/random off the wall goals that no one can explain and no one making money. When's the last time we were given a big kicker or something to inspire us? Wow the target payout was moved by $300 in q4.....that's some serious money! NOT! Do you think one person worked and made "one more call" for the potential of $300?! Remember when we used to have $11,000 kickers....now that made us want to do something more than status quo. remember when Gary would surprise us with some new bonus or kicker every year, inspiring reps to work? These meetings have no passion, no excitement and the sales force is anything but fired up. Expecting us to not take vaca for some BS me too drug that they will forecast so ridiculously high no one will make a dime. This sales force is the lowest I've ever seen it. This is what happens when people who don't know the market try to come in and forecast and run a division. Maybe take advantage of the hundreds of tenured employees so you actually can get the goals right then maybe your sales force will get excited to sell again. Ass clowns
 






At least KC doesn't get on here and try to defend himself like kk did. That was funny when people at corporate let us know she did... KC realizes how bad he is and just leaves it alone. I respect that.
 


















It is all making sense now... KC voted for Bernie Sanders... he believes in taking other people's money they earn and handingredients it out to others... We now are all feeling the Bern.
 






I've never seen moral this low. Leadership cant get numbers, indexing, goals, or managed care right, doesn't understand market trends or the disease state, and thinks taking a week of vacation is going to make a bigger difference at launch than the realignment that clearly had zero thought about customer disruption. Scary.
