Now my manager is twisting the knife in my side. First you tell me Sorry but your new goal attainment is going to be lower. "But you have to see the big picture and that this will be better for you and the company". YOU JUST RIPPED AWAY OVER $5000 FROM ME. Don't tell me this is better!!! And now you are twisting the knife by giving me a few hundred rewards points. Do you think that will make it better?

How do you change the IC plan with just a few days left in the quarter?
 






When will you get it, this company does not effing care about you! When have we received any meaningful communication from HQ. how about an update on Mydayis launch?? How about getting on some freaking conference calls with high performing reps, where are the town halls he promised, what does he do all day??? All they do eff things up then try and fix it and eff it up more and get a fat payvheck
 


















My RD said that leadership is upset about the lack of urgency the sales force has for this launch. Also, they are not seeing as many RX's as they would like from the BTB docs, they are mostly coming from the GEP docs.

All I have to say is, if you would have paid attention to details with GEP it would have ran smoother and we could have spent more time building the bench and not baby sitting GEP docs and pharmacists trying to get patients on therapy.

Lack of urgency? Most territories already cannot make goal with mydayis, So fuck mydayis. Not as many RX's?? Fuck management, they will continue to not see many Rx's or urgency with mydayis, and now congrats you won't see that with Vyvanse any longer either.
