The directors all signed NDAs and willl get paid out when the company gets sold. They are not aligned with reality and live in their own bubble and talk their own Martian language to other directors. They are pawns to flemming and their agenda is not geared toward helping or leading the sales force. They are just trying to make it to the finish line until Galderma is aquired and they will be fine with the pile of money they make on the aquisition. They don’t have your best interest at heart and don’t speak the truth. All of the directors should speak up and fight for the salesfoece but flemming would just fire them so they just go on spitting out the verbal vomit they are told to say. Puppets. Directors are puppets and flemming is the puppeteer. Life it too short. Go work somewhere else where people actually step up. Directors are ineffective and should all quit as they are powerless and do the evil of the dictator flemming. Grab sack and have balls. Our leadership are all weak with no ball sack.

It’s true. I’m in California. Many just quit. We now have zero African American reps. Galderma also has only 1 male rep in the state. Everyone is female, blonde mid 20’s and they all look the same. There is no diversity at this company. Zero. Flemming likes it this way.

News flash, we have zero African American‘s in aesthetics. EB likes it this way and wants to interview every candidate as the final approver.

In your interviews ask what percentage of folks are minorities in the COMPANY and the number of people let go that were minorities. There is definitely a bias against non Caucasian folks. You have to look at the leadership team and how many folks of diversity there are. that will give you an answer. HR knows the answer.
