Agreed about IC plan, how isn't this the thing most written about on this toxic website. If you haven't figured out the comp plan or even looked at it, please spend some time and figure out how you may or most likely not get paid.

Do we get paid for any mydayis scripts in September in Q3 bonus?? I have never seen a plan like this? How bad are we getting screwed with Xiidra Q3? Lube or no lube? What does you will be paid up to this point mean? Serious questions. Can someone help?

I've been very curious and concerned about our Q3 bonus too and it makes no sense how most people don't seem to know or care on how we get paid. We are in sales, the bonus potential is why I go to work each day. In Dallas those snake oil salesmen told us the GEP would be 1/2 of our mydayis Q3 bonus, now it's 100% of our mydayis bonus. Vyvanse is the same but they don't give a shit about their $2000000000 product, smart move shitheads. And finally xiidra is on hold? I guess that officially means "go fuck yourselves." So there we have Q3. Back to your original question, yes you can use lube but you will have to bring it yourself because it is no longer in the NBU budget at Shire.

This is true... If you remember KC stood on stage in Dallas and told us "and this is just for the GEP. We will announce the rest of Mydayis Q3 dollar amount in a few weeks in NYC." I have it recorded and am trying to figure out how to post it on here. You are such a lying ugly snake KC. What happened to "doing right by us in 2017". You screwed us in Q3 last year. Nothing. You make adjustment for pediatric territories last quarter but adult territories have a lot of peds in them and you idiots misforcasted those numbers as well yet you did Nothing.... You want to "Do right by us" Kevin. Take your buddy MR and quit and take jobs you are actually qualified for like greeter at walmart or Taco Bell drive thru supervisor. This is the problem with Shire. They have people running the sales divisions that don't know anything and don't care what the sales team says. It's no wonder Shire is such a mess. I'm just glad Wall Street sees the disconnect
 






Just read this entire thread. Mark is really not that bad of a guy. He is a a little too confident strutting around the office but overall a decent guy. I honestly believe he could have obtained a position at the same level without help from his dad. Would not have happened so quickly and taken more of a proven track record but it could have happened. For those of you in the silly little sales force who think other wise proves why you don't have the talent or IQ to be anywhere except sales
