Lastly, I bet Mydayis is not taking off. We are either going to get chewed out at the meetings or they are going to plead and beg for us to care and drop out job searches and care about selling.

I think since so many reps are looking to jump ship I could see them offering some kind of retention bonus and try to keep people from leaving.

I can't imagine one rep or RD not looking into other options right now.
 






Well if they are going to offer a retention bonus I will make sure it's in writing, it would surprise me a bit if they promise it then there is a "glitch" and they don't pay.

there you have it, now we know why leadership killed project 2020 and unindexed RX's and screwed reps out of $1000's ... they had to pay for these stupid zone POA's. What a winning idea!!!! Define what you mean by "succeed."

If the person you were replying to gets paid on time is that success? Or finds a company that values the hard work they put in? Because that bar is pretty low and I'm pretty sure they CAN get that somewhere else.

Two days, mid-week, out of the busiest ADHD month of the year, two months post launch. My God, its just one horrible decision after the next!!!

The only reason it could be is that the RX's aren't coming in. Mydayis isn't performing up to the Hype. I have a feeling neither is Vyvanse. Hence the OBU having meetings as well. Xiidra is not going to hit the mark either. They think meetings are going to jump start things. But that is leadership for you. They have no clue how to motivate people.... they can't think outside the box, their initial knee jerk solution is another meeting, pour more money down the drain rather than in the pockets of the people who drive business. This is why they aren't really leaders. Leaders motivate... Leaders inspire, leaders are trustworthy. Shire leadership has none of these.
