Whatever the data is or is not it seems to be working out well for the rep in Macon, GA. Here is how the system can work for you as well. Get a best friend with an important job at corporate and you can be negative in every category and still be over 120% Goal attainment.

Making it up? I've been reading posts about this for a few days so I finally decided to look it up for myself. It's true. We all have access to the data. Look it up, it's laughable. I have no idea if it's due to connections at corporate or if it's due to the absolutely horrible goaling system we have, but either way it's undeniable that it represents a broken system. You have reps losing money for the company due to negative growth and reps growing over their market far below goal who are making peanuts in bonus. Explain the logic on that. I'd love to hear a rational argument. I've been waiting for years to hear one and haven't yet.

Newsflash - we (the entire industry) dont get paid on Rx's filled. We only get paid on what's reported. So quit crying over the coupon report.
Sure it sucks at times - but it is what it is, is never going to change , and isn't specific to us here.
