The point being made by the original poster is accurate and is you CANT adjust one without adjusting the other... We ALL have peds so the adjustment needs to be made for everyone or there are going to be a lot of even more disappointed and even more upset reps than there currently are... and there are a lot
 






So it sounds like the adjustment is going to be for all territories but the Pediatric territories will see a bigger jump van adult territories based on the percentage in their area... all reps will benefit. What would the problem be with this?
 












I already have another job lined up but I will enjoy the meeting in NYC.... I know at least one other rep that within 2 weeks after the meeting will be putting in letter of resignation... many more are looking. If Shire does give that bonus just to pediatric reps for Q2 I will she them... over 30% of my territory is pediatric so I will gladly take 30% of the increase the pediatric reps are getting... thanks kc and mr

The problem is that leadership is full of boobs. For so long it's been adult adult adult focus. The Dominant Ped territories never had any real increase in goals, that's why these territories killed it. The adult dominant territories got hit hard on goal increases and now the Ped reps are whining because they are expected to actually grow .1%. I agree it was lunacy to divide the sales force into Ped/adult. This is what happens when You put unqualified people in leadership positions.. MR & KC are terrible and are clueless. They didn't get where they are because they know what they are doing, that's for sure.

Show some ethics?!? This may be one of the funniest things I've seen on here in a long time. Show some ethics?!? To this leadership?! They will throw you to the wolves the second you are deemed unnecessary and never look back. Just look at the random layoffs that are covered up quietly letting 10-15 go here and there. The fact they haven't paid us in 2 years, rolled out this debacle of a GEP and the only communication given was a pathetic rap video so KC and MR could high five over drinks on Shire's dime about how cool they are. Not to mention all that is required of you is a 2 week notice. Shire doesn't give that to the people they can. You're done that day. If you have any sense of loyalty to this place or any company, but especially this inept waste of space they call leadership, you are a complete fool.
 






Looking forward to hearing what the ped/adult territory adjustments will be... ps and kc better not just do something for one group... the mistake in their calculations effected adult reps peds as well... these guys have no clue how to forecast sales... one of the many reasons why our stock continues to fall

Why didn't you want to do us right last year? why was there no adjustment made for the entire nation in Q3 when you guys know you messed up? Q3 was f'ed up more for the entire nation then Q2 was for the Pediatric reps. And you sat quiet Kevin. we did two billion dollars last year. And you sat quiet kevin. Now we are being spun off and you are trying to do right by us. You have no class and you know deep down you are in way over your head. How does it feel being handed a job you aren't qualified for and not good at? Please tell us on stage Tuesday morning
