Ok RD's, what's the scoop? What kind of spin are MR & KC spewing? Please share.
Nothing new there, we all know Peds sucksBusiness as usual attitude....although, lack of enrollments/patients on therapy from the ped division is being looked at heavily....senior management is not happy with pedi performance with vyvanse/ and now mydayis...not good.

Ooops...*Sue them*I already have another job lined up but I will enjoy the meeting in NYC.... I know at least one other rep that within 2 weeks after the meeting will be putting in letter of resignation... many more are looking. If Shire does give that bonus just to pediatric reps for Q2 I will she them... over 30% of my territory is pediatric so I will gladly take 30% of the increase the pediatric reps are getting... thanks kc and mr
The problem is that leadership is full of boobs. For so long it's been adult adult adult focus. The Dominant Ped territories never had any real increase in goals, that's why these territories killed it. The adult dominant territories got hit hard on goal increases and now the Ped reps are whining because they are expected to actually grow .1%. I agree it was lunacy to divide the sales force into Ped/adult. This is what happens when You put unqualified people in leadership positions.. MR & KC are terrible and are clueless. They didn't get where they are because they know what they are doing, that's for sure.
