NBU Managers meeting







Business as usual attitude....although, lack of enrollments/patients on therapy from the ped division is being looked at heavily....senior management is not happy with pedi performance with vyvanse/ and now mydayis...not good.
 


































































Adjustment for pediatric reps will be made

We all have pediatric patients in our territories. Some 20 percent or more. They better make adjustments for those numbers as well or a lawsuit is coming.
How can you single just the ped reps out when we all have peds... leadership needs to just admit they made a dumb mistake by splitting us up into pediatric and adult territories... how hard was it for us to be able to sell to pediatric and adult doctors? I know kevcow isn't nimble enough to handle that but we are... we gots the grit.
 












How bout an adjustment for Q3 last year Perry mark and kevin?? U people r a joke... trying to hand out adjustments now to try and get us to like you....

If they didn't do an adjustment in Q3 last year they are not going to do an adjustment now for just half the reps... that makes no sense... all ped business would have to be adjusted even for adult territories... I asked my RD and they said did not hear this at meeting
 






I already have another job lined up but I will enjoy the meeting in NYC.... I know at least one other rep that within 2 weeks after the meeting will be putting in letter of resignation... many more are looking. If Shire does give that bonus just to pediatric reps for Q2 I will she them... over 30% of my territory is pediatric so I will gladly take 30% of the increase the pediatric reps are getting... thanks kc and mr

I doubt it. For which quarter? This one? Last one? Company doesn't want to admit that they are over-goaling. They expect a certain ridiculous amount of growth every quarter, 10 years into launch. You will hit it or, you will not make goal.

Baffled why peds did horrible nationally last quarter? Scripts drop off 22 percent over the summer. Were your goals 22 percent less during the summer or even remotely close to that? We expect 10-15 percent growth from peds in a mkt that was growing at 2-4 percent a yr now.

Laughable that they say that they are going to look into it. Like they don't know what is going on. We just need you motivated for launch for a niche product where your goals will be over-the-top and unobtainable. Forget that we are trying to sell you and screwing you over quarterly on goals every single quarter now.

The problem is that leadership is full of boobs. For so long it's been adult adult adult focus. The Dominant Ped territories never had any real increase in goals, that's why these territories killed it. The adult dominant territories got hit hard on goal increases and now the Ped reps are whining because they are expected to actually grow .1%. I agree it was lunacy to divide the sales force into Ped/adult. This is what happens when You put unqualified people in leadership positions.. MR & KC are terrible and are clueless. They didn't get where they are because they know what they are doing, that's for sure.

I would be in heaven if my pediatric goals were only .1 percent. Try 5-10 every quarter
